The life blood of any company is its customers both large and small, and at The Golf Tee Store we love our customers. They always have great ideas and push us into new areas and new ways of doing things that makes us more efficient and more responsive to our total customer base needs. In today’s busy world of e-commerce, the only way you really know if you’re satisfying the needs of your customers is either by repeat orders from the same customer year after year or by unsolicited comments you receive from your customer base. At The Golf Tee Store we are very fortunate that our customers support us in both ways. Yesterday, we received another unsolicited comment from Cynthia located in Vermont.
“From the moment I sent an email requesting some information and promptly received a reply, I knew I had found an exceptional business to deal with. I wanted a specific design but didn’t know if they could do it but I sent a picture of what I wanted and BINGO …. They did it !! It is for a class reunion (July 2010) and I can hardly wait for the winners of the golf tournament to get their prizes! I also had some golf ball combo packs made up with pics of our grandchildren for our son-in-law. The communication, results, shipping, EVERYTHING was A-1 !!! Thank You !! "
